Once again we are very happy to bring another event to Playerunknown Battlegrounds! Unlike our draft tournaments, our new event called The Armageddon Series will focus on competitive play and will allow teams to signup together and compete for a chance to win the grand prize in the finale week.

The Armaggedon Series

When: Fridays @ 8PM EST (5PM PST) Check-in opens at 7:15 – 7:45 PM EST (join one of Team Channels with your team at the bottom of discord) and close at 7:45 PM EST
Where: vVv Gaming Discord Server https://discord.gg/vvv-gaming
Format: 4vs4 – Point System. Each week will have 3 games in total. (More details on the point system will be available at later date)

Visit http://vvv-gaming.com/pubg/register on the day of the tournament to register. You will be registering via xpulz.com website and on there you will need to create a team and invite your teammates. The website will not allow you to register until you have a full team. The website currently does not allow you to add substitutes so you will need to let staff know if you will be having any prior to tournament start. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to have a substitute.

Check-in opens at 7:15 PM EST and closes at 7:45 PM EST. To check-in, players must join one of the Team channels located at the bottom of our discord server. Failure to check-in will disqualify you from the tournament and your spot may be offered to another team.

Since the launch of PUBG Draft tournaments, we have been gathering Donations. These donations we wish to put back into Armageddon Series. However, before we start spending that money we want to make sure that the series themselves provide a just system for participants to win the prizes. For this reason, we are going to be launching with a “Pilot” season. What this means is that for this very first season of Armageddon Series that we will be hosting, there will be no prizes. However, the following season will start having them and these prizes will be within the guidelines that PUBG developers have set for us.

A season will last 5 weeks in total. First 4 weeks will be open qualifiers for any team that wishes to take part. We will be taking first 18 teams that register each week. After 4 weeks, we will hold the Season Finale where the top 16 teams will be invited to come back and compete for the championship crown (and prizes after the first season). Each week teams will gather points based on placing and kills. These points will determine who is invited to compete for the fifth week.

Should a team that is registered does not show up to play during qualifier weeks, we will be offering their spot to the first team that messages us about filling their spot. We will announce any openings via our discord #pubg-announcements channel.
