  • Who do you know currently in vVv Gaming? How do you know them?: I Briefly talked to vVv Bizkit and am on his xbox live friends list.
  • Why are you interested in joining vVv Gaming?: Because i see how your community is like a family, looking through posts made about people winning competitions and members congratulating them shows how you all are social and family but also professional which is what i look for.
  • Adding value is an important aspect of being in vVv Gaming. How will you, personally, add value? well i can bring my full seriousness when it comes to the community, i will regularly post on twitter, facebook and being a DI watcher i will also comment and share videos, achievements and up and coming events with the followers and fans and also discuss with other vVv members, i will also my bring my sportsmanship qualities, unlike other gamers i don't get angry or upset when im beaten, i learn and adapt which is how i got to the level of skill im on and like Kim Schmitz once said 'Don't hate me because i beat you, respect me because i teach you'.I will naturally bring my full cooperation and respect to my peer's. im a nice guy and i intend on showing that to everyone no matter the situation or outcome.
  • Are you familiar with vVv's Geek to Me articles and Losers Bracket Podcast? If so, what are some of your favorites and why? im familiar with the Losers Bracket and i can't say which is my favorite, after watching a few episodes before applying i got from the videos, the professionalism and also social side from all video's. For instance all talking friendly and talking about gaming and gaming events in general.
  • How long have you been playing video games?: i'v been playing since i was 5 starting off with the nintendo 64.
  • How many hours per week do you devote to gaming? When i get home from school i put 3-4 hours on weekdays and anywhere from 6-10 hours on holidays. so around 45+ hours.
  • What’s the hardest game you’ve ever beaten?:playing medal of honor:rising sun on ps2 on hard, staying up really late just trying to finish one level and when i finished the game i felt like a god :P
  • What games coming out are you looking forward to play and why?:there aren't any games coming out but i am looking for to modern warfare 3 DLC so i can get a new view on mw3 and get a bit of flavor and spice in the game and only enjoy it more.

  • What kind of competitive tournament experience do you have? i'v done many low profile lans in my general area.
  • Have you attended any national events (MLG, WCG, CPL)? No, but its been a child hood dream to go to a WCG tournament.
  • How long have you been playing competitively? i'v been attended many low profile lans for 8 years.
  • What was your best competitive moment? What was your worst? I was at a public lan at an electronics store with some friends and i 3v1 clutched a game of Search and Destroy on Call of Duty 4 and in that same lan we lost one of the rounds with all of us dead and none of them pretty much due to lack of direction and planning which i have developed tirelessly since then.
  • What do you hope to achieve, competitively?: to have many accomplishments under my belt and be representing vVv all over the world and to be a teacher to others to want to enter the gaming trade.
  • What was your toughest competition?: i have forgotten the name but me and a friend went to a Perfect dark tournament in 2007 and it was first to 10 rounds, and we were losing 4 rounds to 8 rounds and we came back to win 9 rounds to 10.
  • How do you see vVv Gaming adding value to you? if i were to enter into vVv i would strive for perfectionism, as i said it's been a childhood dream of mine to go to a WCG tournament and living in Australia the chance of me being able to travel inter-nationally to go to gaming tournaments and also within Australia’s borders gets me very excited, not to mention i would be very fluent in the future of vVv and in the community itself.

P.s my photo is on my profile and it's me on the left with my older brother. i'd also like to mention i look and sound a lot older then i am, being in the industry for many years, as long as you go about things professionally and maturely age doesn't come into question

Good luck with the app! I know how it feels being under the age of what is required. I think most of us were there once :)

What seperates you from every other applicant in regards to what you can do for us in Call of duty?

And due to your age, and you saying you are 15 when you are 14, you will have a tougher time getting in or even be considered. Just a friendly warning that you must be able to show maturity, and show how to act on forums.

Good luck

thanks for the feed back Slauney :P, im 15 in 26 days hehe and i could go on about what seperates me from other players but it can all be concluded into one word, Dedication. Not only will i dedicate countless hours into the vVv community in forums and such but i dedicate hours into improving on my game play, finding new ways to do this and new tactics to do that. Maturity, due to my age, will be the first topic asked, but coming from a very militiarial family maturity is something that i have had to show intensly on and off games, no matter the Environtment.

If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask, just helps me on what im doing wrong and what i need to improve on :P

Thanks Again,

Winter

I'm not calling you out or anything. But, dedication isn't the word the separates you from the other players. Every single member here is dedicated to their game, practice, and improvement.

That's like saying Walshy, Naniwa, or Scump aren't dedicated. That's just crazy.
