  1. Have Janna, Thresh, Shen, and Nautilus at level 5. Currently going for Tahm Kench and Alistar, then probably Leona.
  2. It was fun. We gotta do that some more. Hoping to get into some 8s tonight, though.
  3. It feels good to be back after such a long time. I'll definitely stay active. Thanks to the both of you.

    Cauterize's Re-App

Name: Jared Savage Age (minimum 16): 19 Location: Mount Olive, NC Gamertags (for all systems you own): XBL - Cauterxze | Steam (if this counts too) - Cauterize If you have any social media accounts, could you provide links directly to your account (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.)? Facebook | Twitter | Last.fm How did you hear about vVv Gaming? Were you referred to the site? If so, by whom? I heard about vVv Gaming way back in 2008 from Synystar, who is a former member of vVv. Who do you know currently in vVv Gaming? How do you know them? I know, or I guess I should say knew, more people than I can count, but it's been so long since I've been active on the forums, I have no idea if they remember me at all. I know them because I was an active member here from 2009-2011 and am a former member of vVv Gaming. Currently, I'm not exactly sure who all's still around from when I was. Why are you interested in joining vVv Gaming? I'm interested in joining vVv Gaming because I simply miss the community. This place is a whole lot bigger than when I was a member and I really want to try to be a part of that family again. What are your hobbies and interests outside of gaming? Listening to music, web development, VIP style cars, watching Major League Baseball, learning about things I find interesting What kind of competitive tournament experience do you have? I've competed at a local LAN called the Carolina Games Summit for the past 5 years or so. I've played Left 4 Dead 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Gears of War 2, Team Fortress 2, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier competitively at CGS. Have you attended any major tournaments (MLG, UMG)? No I have not. Every time MLG has come to Raleigh something's come up where I couldn't go. How often do you participate in online tournaments (360 Icons, GB)? Not that often. I will play GBs whenever my doubles teammate is down to play, but our recent experiences have made me wary of playing GBs. What is your rank in Solo League Play? Currently Silver. Highest was Platinum 1, though. What is your highest rank in Team League Play? Silver. We never played after the Placement Matches which was a bummer. Do you prefer pickups/team scrims or matchmaking? Why? I prefer pickups/team scrims because they're just so much more fun to me. Pubs seem to be filled with LMGs with Target Finders or people who won't communicate and that doesn't make the game fun in the slightest. Do you watch replays and/or pro player streams? How often? I have watched a couple of streams in the past, but it's not really my thing. I do watch replays, however. I would say I watch replays of streams or competitive CoD player's YouTube content almost every night before I go to sleep. Who is your favorite competitive Call of Duty player? Why? My favorite competitive Call of Duty player would have to be OpTic NaDeSHoT. Other than being a good player, he seems to really appreciate all his fans so much which makes him really easy to like. Other than that, I recognize his name from way back in the Gears of War 1 days, so it was a familiar name when I got into CoD. What is your favorite competitive Call of Duty team? Why? My favorite competitive Call of Duty team is UNiTE.NA. I honestly don't have a really good reason as to why they're my favorite. I just think Spacely's a cool guy and I picked them to win MLG Dallas when the online qualifier started. What is your favorite Call of Duty game? Why? My favorite Call of Duty game has to be Black Ops II. It's the first CoD I've played for any decent amount of time and attempted to get pretty good at. What was your best competitive moment? What was your worst? It's hard for me to pick my best competitive moment. I guess it's a tie between every time I've podiumed at CGS which would be 3 times, I think. My worst competitive moment was losing a 1v1 in Gears of War 2 at CGS which made us go into a final round that my team ended up losing. What do you hope to achieve, competitively? For Black Ops II, I just want to get better and get ready to get serious for the next Call of Duty. That's my main goal competitively right now. I feel like I started playing Black Ops II too late to really do anything competitively at this point.
  5. Huh. Looks like I might be back.
