    Hey everyone,

I am proud to give you Rocket League Community Game Nights!

    What you need to know:
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 PM EST (Starting August 25th) Install Teamspeak 3 (Click here to learn how to setup TeamSpeak) Everyone is welcome so bring your friends and help us expand and enhance our fun! Show up 10 minutes prior to event starting so we can get a head count and organize teams. Game modes will depend on the number of people that show up. Yo do not need to be a vVv Member to get involved, whether you are participating in the event or helping organize it! If you are interested in helping us do more with the division (as in organize events or help the division grow), please send me a private message and I will arrange a meeting with everyone involved to discuss your ideas and strategies and also figure out what we can do to help you succeed.  We are always seeking talented individuals who want to help us foster an engaging and competitive environment within the gaming divisions that we support!
Furthermore if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please reach out to me via private message as well and I will do my best to help you out.

Competitive Gaming Background? Not a lot, raided in WoW for 7 years, top player in Chivalry, was a officer in the ArcheAge guild.
Release Date? July 7th, 2015. Top seller on Steam the whole time it's been out, 93% positive reviews on steam. "Why Rocket League could be the next big eSport"
What Makes It Different, Why Should We Support It? Refer to the link above. It will be a major eSport and you should get involved while it's still early.
Developer Support w/LAN & Spectator? This game is made and supported with eSports in mind, spectator is coming in a patch in the next week or two. The developer support is great.
Stream Viewers? Stays in the top 12 during the day, drops below in the early morning. Just because it's still young, it'll stay in the top 12 with a bit of time.

Comments? Not really getting very detailed with this as it's pretty obvious where this game is headed. I'm surprised RL isn't already on the main page here. This is the only game I play now and I'd be happy to help run the division if vVv is interested in the game.

Chibigoat3 got a reaction from ShmemSolid in Chibi's Ranger - Increased Damage Stacking
This is the first ranged class I've built, and it seems like it's really focused on handing out nuke-salad-sandwiches for everyone free of charge.

Basically how this build should operate: http://youtu.be/gQWq1Z-J-EE

    Link: http://archeagedatabase.net/us/calc/100481

    Class: Ranger
    Role - Ranged PvP DPS
    Gear - Leather

So I don't know for sure if this works like I think it will, I really want to get in the game and test all of these builds. I'm assuming the increased received damage in vitalism and shadowplay stack.

The build is based around combining the increased received damage for a total of +24% increased received damage on top of the crazy burst from Archery and the speed+agility buff from Shadowplay. It also has a really nice backstab you can do with Shadow Step, Shadowsmite or Overwhelm, Shadowsmite combo.

Your ranged damage is increased by +54%, so you have +54% increased damage, they have +24% received damage, and you're critting half the time.
Then you have the things like Drop Back, Stealth, and Overwhelm-Shadowsmite or Shadow Step-Shadowsmite for an instant +600% melee attack crit.

    Vitalism
This is taken purely for the +12% increased received damage on enemies and comes with converted damage to mana and a simple HoT.

    Archery
First three abilities are obvious. Fourth is to begin stacking increased damage. The combo should be popping a bunch of cooldowns and smiting, so Deadeye is part of that. Float is nice because it's another one of those sacrifice health/durability for pure dps which is the idea. Concussive Arrow is one of the primary attacks and Intensity is another cooldown you pop. The passives give purely bonuses to your ranged combat ability.

The total damage increase from Archery is +9%, +20 attack, +30%, crit rate increase, crit damage increase, and +15% skill damage.

    Shadowplay
Shadowplay basically gives you the few ways you'll survive with Drop Back, speed increase, and stealth. It also gives the super important mark as well as Overwhelm which is a nice stun that combos with Shadowsmite and some other things.

This'll probably be something that's discussed more on the 7th but I wanted to mention it and organize it a bit.

Typically in the alpha to do the Blue Salt quests I'd buy the materials from the auction house, same for trade packs. At launch we'll want to get the 16x16 farm fairly quickly which involves doing the Blue Salt quest line which means trade packs. The auction house will likely be dead and/or overpriced at head-start so we'll need to get our own trade pack supplies.

This all starts at level 10 in Windshade in Lilyut Hills. Also, it's good to hang on to extra trade pack mats in case you die and need to remake it. Mostly applies to packs that require you to go through a PvP area. Other extras can be sold on the Auction House or given to guildies that need them.

    Head Start Steps
Step 1. Create a character on the western faction of the Kyrios server.
Step 2. Watch land grab/trade pack guide: Nuian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAhUc2R4B_4  Elf: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NylrZjEtDyg
Step 3. Follow the guide, level to 10, get 15 guilda stars.
Step 4. Place your cottage and small farm somewhere in the guild's housing locations shown in the map below.  (**Note: Locations 1 & 2 are the MOST IDEAL with #2 being the prime location**)

    HOUSE LOCATIONS MAP

Step 5. Buy 16 grape saplings (sapling vendor) and 7 geese (livestock vendor), plant 8 grape saplings on the first small farm and 7 geese in the middle.
Step 6. Create a second character and get to level 10 again to get another 8x8 small farm.
Step 7. Plant your second 8x8 small farm with your cottage and other small farm.
Step 9. Plant the remaining 8 grape saplings in the second 8x8.
Step 10. Plant your barley in the middle of the second 8x8. There should be just enough room for 5-6 barley and 8 grape vines.
Step 11. Now your space is reserved! The final trade pack run will give you the 16x16 farm so you can either replace your cottage with it or find a new spot for it. The cottage will be sent to your mail if you replace it.

Trade Pack #1 - No Item
35 Grapes - They take about 4 hours to grow... so you'll want to plant as many as you need grapes.. and it's 3-4 grapes per tree. I'd recommend 16 grape saplings total. I usually get 4 and sometimes 3 so that should be just fine. The two farms have enough room for the saplings.
50 Trimmed Meat - From animals. You can get this from the geese but you'll want to kill them while thriving to get more meat, and getting their down makes them not thriving. You'll need a total of 7 geese for the trade runs, and 2 geese for this run specifically. 5 will be shaved while thriving and 2 will be butchered while thriving.

    Trade Pack #2 - Donkey
15 Goose Down - Collect 15 goose down from 5 of the geese on your farm. With two 8x8's you can have your grapes, grain, geese and a little more.
15 Orchard Puree - You get this from fruit (grapes). You'll need 20 grapes to make all the Puree you need. 16 vines should be fine if you want a total of 55 grapes.

Trade Pack #3 - No Item
12 Olives - The olive trees take a really long time to mature and then give a small amount of olives (3-4). It would actually be way faster to go to western Cinderstone Moore where the land is non-volcanic. There's olive trees all over the place. There's also other trees that you can cut down to get valuable logs while searching for the fruited olive trees.
50 Dried Flowers - These can also pretty easily be found in the wild. The Azaleas are the most abundant and give 12 dried flowers per 10 azaleas. This only took me a couple minutes.   Trade Pack #4 - 16x16 Scarecrow Farm (Goal) 50 Medicinal Powder - Mushrooms are where you get the powder. Also found in the wild. I found 20 really quick in two-crowns along the road and under trees in the olive tree area. They can also be grown if you can't find them. 190 Narcissus - This one you will probably have to grow yourself. They only take between 30 minutes and an hour, so if you mass plant them in one 8x8 it won't take very long to get them all. I think it only takes 2-3 harvests. The mushrooms and narcissus can be grown at the same time. Each narcissus plant grants 3-4 flowers, so you'll need between 50 and 65, as necessary.

    Class - Revenant
    Role - Tanky Initiator
    Gear - Full Plate Armor/ Scepter/ Shield

This build focuses pretty much solely on instant cast AoE's and AoE disables thus allowing the usage of plate armor as opposed to cloth armor.  This build will become absolutely ridiculously strong simply from the addition of God's Whip but unfortunately the ability will not be available until level 55.  It is a very team focused build, not as bursty from an offensive standpoint as say an arc lightning & meteor type build, but contains solid control and the damage output is still nothing to trifle with.  Below I will outline the reasoning besides my skill and passive choices.
    Sorcery:
    Skills:
Freezing Arrow - I take freezing arrow for the combos with my other skill choices as well as because it is stronger than Flamebolt, in my opinion, namely for the slow that it inflicts plus the fact that Mana Stars will be my no cd spam skill.
Insulating Lens - Physical Defense boost as well as an absorption shield, the numbers behind the shield seem sorta kinda low, but with the likes of Primevals and Darkrunners all over, there's nothing wrong with adding a little more physical defense.  This would be my first change if I was to find a better alternative.
Freezing Earth - Instant cast AoE, granted it's only 8 meters, but has a chance to Snare, thus allowing the remaining AoE slows/snares/stuns to have a higher chance of landing in succession.
Frigid Tracks - A buff that you will pre-cast prior to initiating that freezes your footprints.  Wherever you walk, if an enemy touches where your footprints were previously, they will instantly be frozen for a period.  Keeps in touch with the idea of mass CC.
Chain Lightning - An instant cast spell that jumps around targets that are within 5m.  Comboes with Hell Spears from Occultism to increase its damage output.  This is basically a cast on cooldown while syncing with Hell Spears to not only combo for the damage increase but to also ensure that the lightning will jump to multiple targets that were impaled.
Flame Barrier -  Yet another instant cast AoE Wall with a slow attached to it.  Is actually a really nice spell to disengage from fights especially through a chokehold.  Or to drop in front of retreating players/groups for the slow.
    Passives:
Mana Pool Increase - A definite must to take, mana pools without it are rather crap and there aren't any real better choices to take within the entirety of the build than this.
Magic Range Boost - +5m to spells.  This applies to all Sorcery skills, INCLUDING the AoE.  So the 8m Freezing Earth is now 11m.  Absolute must have.
Efficient Sorcery - -15% mana requirements for Sorcery skills.  More help for the mana pool and to keep you up and fighting longer.
Magic Precision - +10% Magic Crit.  This equals more damage, coupled with the crit bonuses from the Occultism passives as well, this is where the bread and butter of the true damage potential of this build starts to shine.

    Occultism:
    Skills:
Mana Stars - Your no cooldown, spammable attack.  This is pretty much used entirely as a filler when basically everything else is on cooldown.
Hell Spears - 6m AoE impale.  Comboes with Chain Lightning.  Pretty much use it in cohesion with the multiple other AoE CC's while prioritizing syncing up with chain lightning's usage.
Summon Crows - Instant cast, AoE damage in a 5m area around your character.  Will combo to inflict poison while enemies are impaled.  A straight up damage cooldown, attempt to combo with Hell Spears as well.
Mana Force - A single target pushback as well as restoring a bit of mana.  Something wailing on you thats eating you alive somehow?  Shove it the hell away from you.
Retribution - Instant cast, not on the global, melee reflect. Initiating into a group of melee AND they decide to attempt to kill you?  Pop this along with your usual AoE rotation, and all of a sudden they kill themselves.  Convenient.
Stillness - 5m AoE interrupt as well as a 3.5 second Silence.  Obviously using plate armor and no witchcraft tree = low magic defense, therefore this handy dandy little spell helps you out when you jump into a group of Magi who would like to destroy you in the 3 hit combos that it would probably take.
Urgency - Casted buff, pre-cast this of course.  Reduces Occultism skill cooldown by 9 seconds.  This is actually a pretty huge buff to have and keep on, 21 sec cd on Retribution = survive, 21 sec cd on Crows = more damage output 18 sec cd on Hell Spears = more CC upkeep, etc.  Naturally cooldown reduction is a wonderful thing to have.
    Passives:
Reprisal - Upon taking critical damage, your crit rate is increased by 20%.  This will proc multiple times, but will go into a 30 sec internal cd if too many procs go off.  This goes hand in hand with the idea of tanking + damage, take crit damage = crit rate increases = higher damage output.
Macabre Reach - Out and out +20% magic crit.  Combined with Magic Precision from Sorcery = free 30% Magic Crit.  Obviously an absolute must.
Intensified Harm - Essentially the same thing as Reprisal except this stacks on an additional 50% every time you take crit damage.  Therefore, get hit with 1 critical attack, and your magic crit rate is 90%.  Fair.

    Auramancy:
    Skills:
Vicious Implosion - Pretty much a 10m AoE vortex that pulls enemies towards you.  Goes hand in hand with what the entire build is trying to accomplish which is CC chaining as many people as possible for as long as possible.
Teleportation - Absolutely vital to literally any build that uses Auramancy.  Complete waste of a tree if you don't take this skill, its literally a free blink either in or away.
Shrug It Off - CC Breaker for Stuns and Impales, then grants a 4 sec immunity to both.  The 50% magic reduction is very nice as well, seeing as how plenty of Magic Damage classes are chalk full of stuns and impales.

I would attempt to give out a general rotation, but as with PvP, there is no rotation here everything is based off of circumstances and different scenarios.  Though some clear-cut things that should be done pre-initiation/fight would be to have Insulating Lens up, Urgency up, and right before initiating cast Frigid Tracks.  And as with everything, attempt to utilize as many combos as possible within fights for the sake of increased damage output as well as chain CC'ing.
