To be fair, my advice was the shortest and most obvious solution to this issue.

Update: Due to the excessively long time it's taken to get the season four prizing distributed we've decided to just cover the costs and do it in-house. We can't distribute the Triumphant Ryze skin, but I'll be gifting two mystery skins to each of the top five players instead. Add me in League as vVv SugarBear if you haven't already (it may take up to two weeks to gift you the RP/skins due to Riot's limitations on gifting). I'll also be adding the winners from last season later tonight when I get home.

I ALWAYS reset my queues in between games. Never immediately hit play again on a Solo or DuoQ match. Always take the time to go use the bathroom, fill up your water bottle, browse reddit, add some more music. A minimum of 2 minutes should be assured to reset the players within your match, but having fresh faces is always better than encountering previous bad blood.

I think the main thing you gotta remember is that your mmr is going to drop at the beginning of the season no matter what....look at mine.

You and I both know that's not where you belong all you can do is play your best and just keep going, use each game as a learning experience which you seem to be doing all ready. But you can't worry about how others preform, yes you're going to get shit players and trolls a lot cuz lets face it....it's LoL and ur currently in silver. Best thing I can say for u to do is to get a duo that ur confident in that way you have at least one less derp to deal with. Also don't worry toooooo much about losing/winning at the moment. People true ranks aren't going to be there for another month or so because of the reset. So if you really are afraid to keep playing then just wait for people to start getting put into what they belong in and you can climb then.

Also buzz yours didn't drop as much because you can't go any lower than what you're currently at.

I believe it is, you don't really need that many higher elo players there to coach, theres always atleast 2-3 as well as a few spectators. I'm nearly always there and I am willing to give advice if I feel the person I'm giving it to is going to actually use it. Raiva as well is usually good at giving feedback. So that's not the issue imo. The format isn't the way it used to be. It's basically inhouse where everyone is there to learn/try new things, not go in with your best champs/roles and stomp everyone into the ground. We need more than just ADL as an event. ADL has been around long enough it should basically be on cruise control with a few changes in the rules everyonce in awhile. We've become to reliant on just having ADL as our only way of bringing people into the community and introducing it. Yes it's a good way, but there are quite a few people that don't like ADL or can't be there. So what do we have for them? At the moment nothing. This is the same issue I had awhile ago when i made that long post in the members section, we as a community become too stagnant. We get happy with one thing and put all our focus and time into that until it begins to fail antd repeat the process. That is not how it should be. We shouldn't be happy with just "good enough". We should be constantly pushing to find new ways to cater to all our members and visitors to make them equally happy. The moment something begins to take off staff should be all ready looking into working on a new project. I get that we have "ideas" for new things but NOTHING has materialized since ADL has started. KOTSH has stopped completely, we've lost all drive to find a competitive team, and nothing new has come out or talked about with our community since ADL started.

So past few Thursdays adopt a noob nights have been feeling more like old inhouse nights where its more for ego boosts (yes I know that's weird coming from me). This causes an issue when people who are coming to learn new roles/champs are getting pub stomped because they don't know what theyre doing yet and they're going to learn nothing from these "events" due to getting destroyed in game by people who are playing their normal roles/champs. Whoever is running these needs to actually step and figure out if these are going to be just like old inhouses where everyone plays their try hard champs, in which case drop the adopt a noob title, or if its going to be for learning where people try and play new things or champs they need to work on.
