I like to play League of Legends. Play tennis sometimes.... yeh, that sums me up.
  1. Just poppin in to say i've known Andrew for awhile and he is a great guy.
  2. A little late to the party, but this is my view on ranked. Dont care about your rank, just play to improve, get better, and enjoy the game. First and foremost, its a game, might as well enjoy playing it or whats the point. Then, just play ranked to improve and get better, if your rank goes up, it means you are improving. If you play to improve first, your rank will go up as a byproduct of that. So basically, yes, I would play ranked at 30 if it is something you enjoy. If you don't enjoy ranked however, then don't play it. Unless you plan on going pro, dont force yourself to play ranked if you don't like it, but its always worth a try.
  3. Ahri: Super fun, high damage, very mobile, great at kiting, fun lane phase. Zed: only downside is that he is melee, I enjoy his mobileness and ability to 1 shot people. Lux: Played her alot when she was kinda op, won a ton of ranked games with her. Overall, I guess I enjoy playing high damage very mobile mid champs.

  5. Whether I am right or wrong (hopefully right), NA teams will learn alot from this. Not only will they be able to test their skills against foreign teams on a big stage, they will be practicing and scrimmaging all the other foreign teams they aren't immediately playing in the tournament. Especially teams like Vulcun and C9 who may not be used to playing foreign teams will give them more insight on the thought process for other regions, which cannot hurt NA
  6. This is true for starcraft, but personally I dont believe it will end this way for LoL. For a few reasons: 1. SC2 the koreans are many folds better than everyone else, its not the same in LoL, they are better, yes, but not THAT much better. 2. Since we are comparing SC's WCS NA to LCS NA, to compete in WCS NA, they did not actually have to move to NA, they could play from home in Korea, it is not the same with LoL, they HAVE to move to NA, which alone dissuades like 99% of the players/organizations. 3. I dont think the quantic team will be that good. Locodoco and Woong were popular, but neither were the best on their team. 4. Lastly, Montecristo, an english caster for the OGN tweeted this. Honestly, I've followed him for a year and most of what he says is true/trustworthy https://twitter.com/ggCMonteCristo/status/378251586448814080 That is my opinion on this topic at least.
  7. I'll try to make it thursday, although my work schedule is very wack that day.
  8. ^^This and this The thing that is even worse is because people are working towards upping their 'tribunal elo' or justice rating, they will start hitting punish just to be correct. So its a circle that never ends
  9. I endorse Meatslab. How much time have you spent with the applicant, in-game or out? Played with him in the vVv Community Tournament What was your first impression of the community member? Did it change at all over time? If so, how? First impression, meh. Nothing good nothing bad. After playing many games with him though it slowly improved and I can see he is a good guy. What was your favorite moment with them (in-game or out)? Winning said vVv Community Tournament with him. What makes this applicant a good fit for vVv Gaming? Helpful and strives to improve. Also listens to criticism How could they improve to be a better potential community member? Go above and beyond what you think you can do. Anything else we should know about this applicant? Any skills or talents that no one else knows yet? Not that i know of. Do you feel that they know and understand the five pillars of vVv Gaming? What about the Summoner's Code? Yes and Yes
  10. I'll do my best to attend. That is the day of my graduation, but hopefully it won't last that long.

Winning clutch games with awesome team comps and chain ults (he had a beast sona ult) What makes this applicant a good fit for vVv Gaming? He is a nice down to earth guy who is fun to play with. He also gets along well with people. How could they improve to be a better potential community member? Talk a little more and be in mumble a little more. Anything else we should know about this applicant? Any skills or talents that no one else knows yet? Great team player and fun to be with Do you feel that they know and understand the five pillars of vVv Gaming? What about the Summoner's Code? Yes and Yes
  12. gg to the team we played against today. Went from a very one sided game 1 to a one sided game 2 to a very intense and close game 3. Couldn't ask for a better series.
