Allo All, My name is Mark Dawson and I am a competitive chess player. My Signature Tag MothersAgainstDrunkDriving come from my initials M. A. Dawson (my commonly used profile).
I have been playing chess since I began lessons at 12 years old. I have a long history of practicing with (and losing to) Professionals. After 10 years of friendly competition, my performance recently took a major leap as I've managed to place well in a few recent tourneys as well as defeating a few highly ranked international players in competitions. I like to make sure my matches are exciting and confident with sacrifices and suspenseful attack movements. If I win it's entertaining... if I lose I'll have a very high level lesson.
I mostly play on http://www.chessworld.net. I look forward to playing in the ICCF this year.

Aside from that, I like to work out. I am very social and love to hop on a good gaming stream.
