Born October 1st 1983, I started gaming on the Atari 2600 playing Battle Tanks with my brother. I had a short stint at console gaming after that with the NES and SNES before my parents outlawed console gaming, so I went to PC gaming. The game that got me hooked on gaming was probably the original Warcraft, which was followed by a string of games during the golden era of PC gaming:
- Quake (including TF, MegaTF, and TF Rocket Jump maps) Joined my first clan Apocalyptic Daemon Knights as ADK~PinkPanther. Started out on Mplayer then switched to Gamespy later.
- Command and Conquer Red Alert (online via Mplayer)
- Warcraft II (online via Kali)
- Ultima Online
- Diablo (Guild of Honor and Clan Krieger)
- Starcraft (Collective of the Four Elements as C4ESaith). Later got SCBW but didn't play it very much.
- Everquest and Everquest II
- TFC via Half Life
- Warcraft III (mostly custom games like DotA, Island Defense, WinterMaul One/Solo, and the Black Road)
- Played Halo 3 briefly with coworkers
After this SC2 came out and I discovered vVv via Rigid's stream. After a couple months I decided to apply to the Starcraft 2 division, and was able to get accepted. Since then I have held various positions including SC2 Community Manager and SC2 Division Manager. As the SC2 Division manager I have made decisions on sponsoring players for MLG events, reviewed applications, performed pre-interviews, coordinated our original Academy program, assisted BabyToss with the development of the Aspire program, and moderated our SC2 forum.
