vVv Method IX: What is your name?
vVv AmpeD: My name is Devon Emerick.
vVv Method IX: What is your age?
vVv AmpeD: I am 17 years old.
vVv Method IX: What's the story behind your Gamertag?
vVv AmpeD: I had wanted to have an original gamertag with a word that no one else had previously used..So I used Amped. Next game I went into some kid had amped in their tag though of course...
vVv Method IX: Where do you live?
vVv AmpeD: I currently reside in Saucier, Mississippi. I hate claiming that unfortunately. I'm originally from New Orleans.
vVv Method IX: What's the worst or weirdest job you've ever had?
vVv AmpeD: The worst job I've ever had would be pulling cables for my dad.
vVv Method IX: How long have you been part of the community?
vVv AmpeD: I have been a part of this community for about 8 months.
vVv Method IX: Have you been in any other community other than vVv?
vVv AmpeD: I have not been in another community.
vVv Method IX: Where do you see vVv in a year?
vVv AmpeD: I see vVv having a much bigger PC Division for sure, and hopefully a worthwhile team for every 360 game also.
vVv Method IX: What is a goal you would like vVv to reach?
vVv AmpeD: I would like to see vVv accomplish having a Pro team in every 360 game, along with more players for the PS3 division and PC division.
vVv Method IX: With all the other gaming communities out there, are you worried about any competition?
vVv AmpeD: No, because as soon as some other community even starts to somewhat get close, they end up failing miserably.
vVv Method IX: What do you think is the best thing about vVv?
vVv AmpeD: I think that the best thing about vVv would have to be the actual community and environment itself. The people here are so diverse and interesting at the same time.
vVv Method IX: What have you done to add value to the community?
vVv AmpeD: I have been active on the forums, managed to bring in a couple applicants, and I play with the applicants all the time.
vVv Method IX: What can you do in the future to add value to the community?
vVv AmpeD: In the future I hope to be able to donate some funds to the community and help out wherever I possibly could.
vVv Method IX: How many hours a day or week do you spend playing games?
vVv AmpeD: I spend about 40 hours a week playing during summer and probably about 30 or so during school.
vVv Method IX: What do you do outside of gaming?
vVv AmpeD: I play basketball, hang out with my friends, and just chill and party as much as possible.
vVv Method IX: What is the hardest thing about being a gamer?
vVv AmpeD: The hardest thing about being a gamer would have to be keeping a team together long enough to actually place decent at an event.
vVv Method IX: What is your entertainment setup like? (xbox,pc,ps3,tv,etc)
vVv AmpeD: I have a 30' flatscreen LCD T.V. with my xbox 360 hooked up and right next it I have a Dell studio XPS 650? desktop with a 24' flatscreen monitor.
vVv Method IX: What is your favorite game?
vVv AmpeD: My favorite game is Gears of War 2.
vVv Method IX: Will you be trying to attend any MLG events in the future?
vVv AmpeD: I will be attending MLG Dallas this year, and hopefully the rest of the events for this season and possibly the 2010 season.
vVv Method IX: What future games are you looking forward to?
vVv AmpeD: I am looking forward to Gears of War 3.
vVv Method IX: What's the funniest thing you've ever heard in a game?
vVv AmpeD: The funniest thing I've ever heard in a game would be listening to the lines the characters in Gears of War say. Most games I play, I never really hear anything funny from.
vVv Method IX: What was your greatest moment as a gamer?
vVv AmpeD: My greatest moment as a gamer was probably my first 1v4 clutch in a gears gb match. Seems kinda sad, hopefully that will change soon.
vVv Method IX: What do you predict will be the "next big thing" in gaming?
vVv AmpeD: The next big thing in gaming is probably going to be virtual reality gaming.
vVv Method IX: What game character is most like you?
vVv AmpeD: The game character that is most like me would probably be Baird, because I enjoy being a smartass.
vVv Method IX: What kind of music do you like?
vVv AmpeD: I mainly listen to metal, screamo, hard rock, things like that but I do listen to the occasional rap song if it happens to catch my ear.
vVv Method IX: If you could go on tour with any band, which would it be?
vVv AmpeD: I would go on tour with The Devil Wears Prada.
vVv Method IX: What is the last book you read?
vVv AmpeD: The last book I read was "The Call of Cthulhu and Other Wierd Stories", by H.P. Lovecraft.
vVv Method IX: If they made a movie about your life, who should play you?
vVv AmpeD: If they made a movie about my life, I would say that Tom Cruise should play as me, just cause he's a badasss.
vVv Method IX: Do you have any favorite TV shows or movies?
vVv AmpeD: My favorite movie is "Alien V.S. Predator" and my I don't really have a favorite T.V. show.
vVv Method IX: What cartoon character do you think is most like you?
vVv AmpeD: I'm not really sure about cartoons, I stopped watching them years ago for some reason, but I'd say Shaggy from Scooby Doo, mainly cause I liked the show.
vVv Method IX: What's the worst food you've ever eaten?
vVv AmpeD: The worst food I've ever eaten would have to be raw oysters. I regretted it as soon as I starting puking.
vVv Method IX: What is your favorite type of food to eat?
vVv AmpeD: My favorite type of food to eat is my mom's homemade chicken and hotsauce pizza. It's absolutely amazing.
vVv Method IX: If you could trade places with anyone for one day, who would it be?
vVv AmpeD: I would trade places with Dwight Howard cause he is pretty much my rolemodel and the guy that I watch to learn how to play the post in basketball better.
vVv Method IX: What would you like to be doing in ten years?
vVv AmpeD: In ten years I would like to be either working for a gaming industry programming games, or opening up my own industry.
