@  KillShift : (22 September 2014 - 10:20 PM) Collegiate Tournament is back for LoL NCAA 2015 LEHGO!
@  vVv Magicmooch : (22 September 2014 - 09:49 PM) #day1dlc
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 09:28 PM) if destiny had better balance in the multiplayer and ran at 60fps it'd be the best shooter ever made imo
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 09:24 PM) also, in typical bungie fashion, there are a ton (and I mean a TON) of little snippets people miss in the story. People have no clue whats coming next
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 09:23 PM) the story is the story. its not even close to the meat of the game
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 09:23 PM) then tell me its just hordes lol
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 09:23 PM) falco, try the raid
@  vVv Falcodile : (22 September 2014 - 08:16 PM) and I mean the pvp
@  vVv Falcodile : (22 September 2014 - 08:14 PM) really? then tell me, why it has no story unless you buy the dlc, most of the missions are hordes, the campaign sucks, the only salvageable thing is the multiplayer
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 08:12 PM) i just beat the raid today. its intense as hell
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 08:12 PM) Destiny is one of the deepest games I've ever played, and its only a two weeks in with content coming out almost weekly.
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 08:11 PM) Falco, you clearly havent played it
@  vVv Falcodile : (22 September 2014 - 08:05 PM) horde modes ftw?
@  vVv Falcodile : (22 September 2014 - 08:04 PM) not really, its just the same content over and over again
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 07:58 PM) endgame is much more complex, competitive multiplayer, etc
@  vVv Phryme : (22 September 2014 - 07:58 PM) Destiny is 1000x better than BL2
@  vVv Falcodile : (22 September 2014 - 07:56 PM) destiny, you mean the BL2 wannabe? :o
@  vVv Tahvvy : (22 September 2014 - 07:29 PM) xbox 360 btw

Makes me think of the analogy about out swimming a shark and how you dont need to be the fastest swimmer, just faster than your buddies.

Wow, after reading this I realised some things I was failing at, and some other things that I was doing right..

Can't stress how helpful this article was, both personally and professionally, since you can apply the exact same principle to real life as well.
You definitely changed my perspective on several things and I'd have to say this is one of the best articles I've ever read.

Thanks for this amazing post!

I have one thing to say to this, I feel your description of warriors is inaccurate as being a former marine all of boot camp it is pounded into our heads that we aren't soldiers we are warriors. Marines are arguably the best military organization aside from special forces of any kind in the department of team work and relying on the guy next to you. Would you consider spartans warriors? they relied on the man to their left and right just as much as anyone else. I think the culture of said Warrior / Soldier defines how closely they work together with their fellow men in arms cause mercenaries would be considered soldiers by your definition and if you get 100 mercenaries all from different places / backgrounds who says they will work together well?

@DJ understood, I think it's just the semantics of the article and more of an interpretation, such as "Keyboard warrior" implies someone who is sitting alone in his parents' basement fighting internet battles all by himself.
