We have moved to Discord   08/04/2016

There has been a strong desire among the community to migrate to Discord for quite some time. As of today, our community will be using Discord and as a result, we will no longer be actively using our TeamSpeak Server.  The TeamSpeak server will temporarily stay active to help inform all of our move to Discord. Within the next couple of months, it will be shut down completely.  For a quick invite to our new Discord server, you can click here.

I was previously sponsored by you guys (vVv gaming) for Halo. I learned a lot about marketing/branding from Lord Jerith, and the rest of the vVv community. Why are you no longer with them? Team fell apart, and I was removed due to inactivity. What was your worst sponsor? Why? No sponsors were bad to us. All sponsors treated me and my team with respect. What do you hope to achieve with your team? I hope to achieve a team that understands of working on our problems, instead of breaking up. Obviously, we all hope to keep climbing the ladder of Black Ops 2 competitively. Who do you see as your toughest competition? Optic, as they just won UMG Chicago. Though, the game has great competition outside of them. So, we have to look at everyone as a tough opponent. What do you think the team needs to improve on the most? Communication has a lot of points of improvement. Wise of game types, I would say Hardpoint, and CTF. What are your short term goals for the team? Long term? Short team goals would be to start climbing placings in online tournaments. Also, to do well at Dallas and make progress as a team. Long term, we would love to be one of the top teams in the game. How many hours during the week do you dedicate towards reviewing gameplay and major tournaments? What about together as a team? Each of us watch streams in our free time. Myself, I try to watch 6-8 hours of streams. As a team, we haven't started that part of our practice, yet. We do plan on watching films as a team. How many hours during the week do you play CoD as a full team roster? I would say 30 hours. What are the tournament results for your past 3 major events (MLG, UMG, etc.)? Please provide links to brackets, threads, supporting pictures, etc. We have only two tournament placings so far. http://360icons.com/xbox360/blackops2/tournaments/BO2-1-27/ (We got top 64) http://360icons.com/xbox360/blackops2/tournaments/BO2-1-30/ (We got top 16) What is your next online event? 7. MLG Dallas 2011

Adam "IceVayne" Konen MLG Dallas 2011, where do I really begin with this event? I guess the best way to recap this eventful weekend would be to skip the uneventful Thursday and start on Friday in Dallas. Before going to the event we chilled out for a while, because we didn't want to deal with the super long line MLG always has for people to check in. We headed there around noon, and were able to catch up in the line with Jason, Keara and others near the front of the line. The line moved slowly forward, and we finally checked in and walked around the venue to see the new set up. It was pretty amazing. The only thing that I wish was different was to have the commentators more interactive with the spectators. We started warming up on the new the MLG monitors. If you don't have one yet, you need to go out and grab one. After warming up we grabbed something to eat since we knew it was going to be a long night. Our first round was a bye, so watched our friends playing. Round 2 and 3 were pretty easy for us and we won both series 2-0. Round 4 we played against Extreme Z, Killzone, Xile, and Napoleon. We dropped the first game of Element TS to them, and I know I played really bad that game. Despite our practice I wasn't fully warmed up for full screen. But no worries, cause after that loss we proceeded to take the next two games with ease. We advanced onto Winners Round 5 to face Cryptic, took both the games easily and won the series 2-0. To get into pool play we had to play Swagga Like Us. Game 1 was Zealot TS, which wasn't the strongest game type or map, and we lost like 50-37. Game 2 started out really slow for us, and we were really slow and inactive. Halfway through the game Frosty got everyone pumped and told us that we need to get into it or we were going to lose, plain and simple. We bounced back and won the game 5-3 (or 5-4). We were pumped for the next game which was Sanctuary TS. It was a back and forth game for the most, but we took a bad turn at the very end with some miscommunication and we lost the game 50-49, losing the series 2-1. That was one long and dreadful walk back to our hotel. We ended up being able to joke about the whole situation and kept ourselves in a good mood. Saturday came and it was mostly us just us standing around and watching people until like 6PM. We had a pretty awesome chant going for my team called "Who ate all the pies," saw some pretty insane upsets happen in losers bracket, and got some time to warm up against Hot N Mild. We got some good warm up games in with them and were ready to play our first match up. We ended up facing against Young Money for top 24. Game 1 was Sanctuary CTF and wasn't too much of a challenge (they
  8. Myself and the rest of AR will be there.
  9. The playlist is pretty messed up.
  10. Opening day a couple days away! Pretty pump to see baseball season start back up.
  11. We possibly might make it out. Depends when we all get there, which is still up in the air.
  12. Welcome to vVv! Enjoy your stay.
  13. Video is pretty sick. Def a great combo with Eminem and Dre.
  14. I don't think the Yankees off season was that a big of a bust. They did sign 3 pitchers that are more low risk, high rewards. Bartolo Colon has been pitching pretty well this spring. I haven't seen much of Freddy Garcia, but they can add some good value to the rotation. It just depends if A.J. will be solid or not.
  15. Hewwo!
