We have moved to Discord   08/04/2016

There has been a strong desire among the community to migrate to Discord for quite some time. As of today, our community will be using Discord and as a result, we will no longer be actively using our TeamSpeak Server.  The TeamSpeak server will temporarily stay active to help inform all of our move to Discord. Within the next couple of months, it will be shut down completely.  For a quick invite to our new Discord server, you can click here.

New Supersonic Series Start Time   10/17/2016

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our recent survey regarding the start time of our tournaments.  After reviewing responses from the survey sent out to tournament participants we have decided to make changes to the start time of our events to try to better accommodate everyone.  Beginning on Monday, October 24th, all of our tournaments will start an hour earlier - at 8PM Eastern.  This means that registration will close at 7:30 EST, and that check-in starts at 7:30 EST and closes at 7:45 EST.

  1. The vVv Community Competitive team (vVv BRAVO)

    JayC always helping.
  2. League of Legends - Darius Patch Preview

Has anyone been on the PBE to test out the new graphics? It's like a whole new game out there.
  3. Darius The Hand of Noxus Reveal

Tested him out on the PBE.. His Q looks like it lacks damage at first but I think the ability to play him well will relay on being able to judge on the fly how far away a opponent is to get the maximum damage out of it. His passive stacks with each auto attack.. not sure if we want to build him like a straight up AD Caster or get some attack speed in there somewhere for his passive.. maybe just attack speed boots?
  4. Spectator Mode

Now if only we can get replays, they did confirm on the site this was a huge step toward that goal.
  5. I found him pretty mediocre.. if you want a good poke lane take him otherwise i'd pass. Lowest base health of all the AD's, low starting AD, long cooldowns so procing your w doesn't happen very often, weak passive steroid.
  6. I'm now on LoL

Good luck learning up the game, sorry I can't help on the EU server.
  7. Come watch vVv LoL team play Go4LoL

    Tsunamiie makes some crazy plays.

  9. vVv Gaming enters Soul Calibur V!

    vVv Domination looking strong, welcome!
  10. Renekton

Speaking of renekton.. he just got a really sweet skin in the store today.. maybe time to pick him up again
  11. I don't think vVv would be "Entertain Educate Dominate" if we weren't actively trying to recruit new and build upon existing talent. I like what we are doing and I enjoy the fun I have being involved in it. So yes, keep our writers, managers, and staff producing new content and helping organize the community and keep helping our gamers find training partners, team practice times and having a great community to discuss their challenges and successes with. As far as ideas to increase growth of talent.. I think more opportunities to recognize talent would help. The League of Legends "B" team that noControl and Platty are actively looking to organize I think is a perfect example of this. People of the LoL community will have a chance to show off their skill sets against other members as they compete for a spot on the team; they also always have a chance to do this in our weekly in-houses. What better way to recognize talent than more opportunities to show sparks of it off?
  12. I hope we do well, keep the sweet jersey in mind
  13. They still haven't removed the mule, sad day (:
  14. Putting SC2 replays on youtube

Xsplit recording works great for this as BT said. Great tool.
