There are quite a few animations that gladiators have that are not cancellable unless you glitch out of them. edit - not to mention, you shouldn't have to resort to timing something to .1 second to glitch out of attack animations regardless. Also, if you're trying to chain, even if you cancel the animation - you still have the same delay as if you did not cancel on the faster animated attacks
  4. I posted this a few weeks ago on the main aion suggestion box forum. Some are removed. It's a straight copy paste though, so if there may be some formatting issues. 1. Logging out/DC's: Thisis a big one for me. I'm playing on wireless and at times theconnection resets. When it tells me that I have been disconnected, itproceeds to quit the game completely. I then have to reopen my ncsoftclient or find my icon on the desktop/quicklaunch panel. Why does it not go back to the log in screen? I do not see a point in it completely closing. 2. Broker a) I understand the caps necessities and LOVE the search functionality itgives. However, it would be nice if it could do a regular lower case search as well. Can we have a "neutral" broker, where both sides can buy items from? c) Can we get a feature to allow us to buy extra broker space much like we do to increase our warehouse and cubes? 3. MODEL SIZE: The slim models are somewhat hard to mouse over. Yesterday I literally spent about 2 minutes trying to chase down a quest issuer that was right next to me due to the clicking always being .5mm's off of it. Perhaps widen the 'clicking' area of quest givers in general instead of only being able to click on their body? The NPC's we can fight have a much larger clicking area compared to other players or our own guards/npc's. 4. Forums: a) I just don't quite understand why we have to go to 3rd party websites to get information that should readily be available for us here and to talk to actual developers/moderators. Overhaul is needed for the following issues: 1. When people reply in a topic, it should be bumped to the top of the subforum 2.Please fix the navigation. If you are reading a post, the only way toget back to the subforum is either by repeatedly clicking back, or going through from the main forum page to that subforum. Not the endof the world, but frustrating and an easy fix. 3. This just may be me, but from my computer at home (firefox) and the computer here at my office (google chrome), after editing a post, it shows up that the post was "not found" yet it still shows up correctly edited afterwards in the main topic list. 6. Animation cancelling: What's the point of having to watch all of the animations? If people want to,it should be allowed. But if I'm (literally /)sitting there and want to jump up or using attack combos, please either a) speed up the animation so we don't spend 3 seconds literally self-disabled, or get rid of it completely Also - Why is it that if we choose to glide with out weapon out it sheathes it instantly, but it does not unsheath instantly after we land? 7. Offensive/Defensive figures (crit, etc): I get the number, it is very important to have a hard number. However,can we please see a % figure added in, maybe as we mouse over it or a seperate category completely? 8. DPS/HPS & Threat meters: All of these are needed, especially when we can't use 3rd party addons. We have numbers being shown in the chat log meaning that it's very possible and fairly simple to do (at least the dps/hps meters, the threat might be a tad more difficult) Suggestion noted by comgetsom: For the DPS/Threat Meters, i am fine with that so tanks can see how much threat they have and us DPSers can improve but if you ever decide to implement an API for LUA(most common scripting language) make the API very strict. It ruins the game when scripters create Addons to auto cast buffs, autocast spells when party members are low on health or when you need to dispel a debuff. What next move a boss is going to make, cooldown timer, etc. 9. Gathering: Why do I need a seperate slot in my inventory to gather something I already have a stack of? Change something about how things are gathered, I don't much like the fact that you can run up to someone and gather their whatever it is in between their tries. Maybe have it so you automatically start gathering again after you are done with the first one provided you have space (since having space is CLEARLY an important part...)? 11. Chat related: a.Give us a way to select more than 1 person to delete from the blocklist please. PLEASE do not have a remove all button as if you have multiple people you have blocked for a good reason, you have to re-block them all over again. b.Let us send friend invites to people that are offline. They can look at the friend request when they log on and can determine if they want to add the person or not. 12. Interface related: Please give us an option to remember our user name and/or password in game. 13. Loot: Please add a need roll function. I have already been in parties where people roll and do not give up the item after being asked, not to mention people that roll on BOP items because they "roll on everything and then give it out if people ask them to" **I'm aware that people may cry "well don't group with them!", but that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The notion is the same as trying tot ell the govt' not to bail out companies while they hold retreats and management vacations. You WILL run into them and you WILL get pissed off about it. It's not a super difficult task to add in another roll. Also, it makes things go faster and more smoothly. 14. Private stores: Please give us an option to remove the chat words for stores on our own screens. To justify the hit to the visibility issue, maybe make it more obvious that someone is running a store. 15. Mail: Please give us the following: a) Mass mailing tools (as in, multiple items) A CoD option for items. 16. Mob tagging (quest related) I have done a couple quests now where you need to "summon" someone. Upon summoning, your item is then destroyed. Both times, even though there was a line I have seen, and once been a victim of people stealing that summon. In turn, you need to abandon the quest, run all the way back to regain it and try it again. I'm fine with the normal mob kills, I understand it's common if not necessary late game (according to what I've read). But the quest credit is pretty absurd. Also, the mob does not attack the player who summoned him, but rather - the player that is closest to it. 17. Camera: Please fix the camera to not have to be anchored to land masses (meaning - you shouldn't have to click on land to rotate the camera), Also, a fix to click-view changing in general would be appreciated as it is somewhat buggy atm. MISC BUG NOTICES: When you do certain quests (timed or work orders so far noticed) and fail them, if they require you to gather items or etc., you keep the items after you failed or abandoned the quest.

  10. The only thing I can think of to make it better would be to include links to the items (perhaps from aionarmory.com), or add in the mouse over for their stats. It's not really a big deal and would be quite a lot of time (relatively speaking) to do it, but thought I may mention it, it already looks amazing anyways - great work!

  12. If anyone needs one more for NTC, look me up! I want to run that instance as much as possible. I also have no problem with tanking.
  13. It's not as much as a problem, but as you hit 14, you get a few extra quests that open up which are in the areas of the level 13 quests. Thus, if you go straight at it from 13, you'll have to go there and back an extra time.
