There are a few top albums to hit the shelves this year already. Little Wayne's "Tha Carter IV", J. Cole's "Cole World" and Jay Z Kanye West's "Watch The Throne". The newest album to hit the shelves yesterday was Drake "Take Care". I spent the day listening to the album, the lyrics and the direction of his music. I have to say this album is by far my favourite of the year. I am a huge fan of Jay Z and Kanye, with Watch The Throne being one of my tops as well but the entire album as a whole wasn't the best.
Take Care hit's Drakes true side with some very emotional and truthful verses. Seriously though this album gives me shivers. It's good, real good. Drake went back home to Toronto Canada and hit his roots with this album featuring other artists such as The Weeknd and the song "Under Ground Kings".
I have to give Drake a perfect 100% review on Take Care. Coming from an actor on "Degrassi" to his first mixtape "So Far Gone" back in 2009 to his "Thank Me Later" album back in 2010. "Thank Me Later" is what made Drake stand out in my opinion, the album showed that Drake could hold his own in the Rap/Hip-Hop world but "Take Care" gets a little more personal and every song on the album has its purpose.
It's hard to pick what songs are my favourite on the album but if I could choose, and this is strictly just my opinion.

I want to mention that downloading an album is really easy these days but if you have to spend 12$ on an album this year, definitely pick this one up.
So this weekend I'll raise a toast to a fellow Canadian who has made it so far in this world.
"I've been everywhere, where you know me from?
These days women give it to me like they owe me one
But they crave attention though they always saying "Show me some".
But girl you ain't the only one that's trying to be the only one
At least I admit that, if you get that, and you with that
Then fuck let's get it then"
Enjoy the music,
